Interview
We go through the following three interview techniques for the selection of short listed candidates:
Video Clip:
We are the first Nepalese company to introduce the Video interview technique in Nepal for the cause of our valued clients abroad. This is for the clients who request us to forward them the video clipping of the verbal interview and trade test of the short-listed candidates by our agency for the selection at their end.
Telephone Interview:
We also arrange the telephone interview for the short listed candidates from the cv`s shorted and required by the Employer.
Direct:
The respective delegates and the Employer themselves visits our agency for the selection. We arrange the necessary arrangements for the final interview. We call short listed candidates for the day scheduled for the interview. We provide fully equipped AC rooms and other modern facilities - computers, telephones, Internet, and all other relevant stationeries.
On behalf of the delegates and employer for interview:
Often, we get the full authority to recruit manpower for entire selection procedures. In such case, we carry out interviews on behalf of employers abroad and make all the boarding arrangements to the workers destination.

Trade Test for Skilled Workers
We form a selection committee before making a final decision for the appointment of the job. The selection committee includes from the different departments in the company and from our Universal Technical Training Institute Pvt. Ltd. The selection committee carries out skill tests of the skilled manpower in the concerned discipline and recommend them for the selection. Finally we proceed further for the selected candidates for the overseas employment.

Medical Check-Up
Candidates have to go through Medical Examination after final selection. This is aimed at selecting competent, disciplined and healthy manpower desired by an employer. Medical check-up is the very first step for the procedure to recruit the selected candidates. We recommend the selected candidates for medical examinations in the government-approved hospitals or labs. Only medically fit candidates are eligible to sign an agreement or contract paper as per their Medical Fit reports. The candidates holding Medical Unfit reports are disqualified for the foreign employment. |

Visa Endorsement
The visa endorsement process differs country wise. We are authorized directly to endorse the visa in Dhaka, Bangladesh for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as we are Id holder for the same. For visa endorsement in Bombay, we have provided the authority to our associate agency in Bombay, India.
The day we received the visa for the candidate, we require for the first approval from the Ministry of Labor Department, which takes 1 or 2 working days. After we get the first approval then we forward the passport to the concerned respective country for the visa endorsement. After we received the visa endorsed passports, here we again submit the passports for the Final Approval from the Ministry of Labour where we get the passports with the sticker which proves Approved to recruit the candidate who holds the sticker pasted passport. |

Orientation
Orientation is an essential procedure to recruit the Finally Approved candidates. We have our own recognized Institute and have designed the courses according to the country to orient for the workers getting deployed for foreign employment. It is aimed to provide the knowledge of the immigration, the rules and the regulation of the concerned country, labor laws, along with ritual, social taboos, tradition and culture, and the basic knowledge of the language. Candidate will also get oriented to avoid misunderstanding with the local people and to maintain discipline, harmony between the migrant workers and the citizen of the country. |

Travel Arrangement
The travel arrangement is the final procedure. Before their departure, we make them the affidavit to be singed between the worker and the recruitment agency. After signing of the contract with the workers we make travel arrangements. This also includes handing over all the documents (original passport, air ticket, and orientation certificate along with an orientation book to the employee. As well as they are now ready to deploy once again the honorable Chairperson himself brief the workers regarding the procedure to enter the airport, cross the immigration and the way during the flight to the destination. Also the procedure to clear the immigration in the destination, rules, regulations, tradition, culture, attitude towards the citizens and the other migrate workers of the concerned respective country. With the best wishes of the honorable chairman, the workers leave to the airport for their destination. |
